·        Holding the Mystery of the Faith in a Pure Conscience

Men of Competence (vs. 10, 12)

·        First be Proved

·        Blameless

·        Ruling Their Own Houses well (Managers – ESV)

Men with faithful Companions (vs. 11-12)

·        Husbands of one Wife

·        Wives

o   Grave

o   Not Slanderers

o   Sober

o   Faithful in all Things

Men with Confidence (vs. 13)

·        Those who Serve Well are “Esteemed Well”

·        Great Boldness in the Faith which is in Christ Jesus
